Sunday morning ride with the club. I can feel my fittness improving (I think) finding it easier to keep up with the front runners, some of the time.
No major spills today just one small fall one of them sdp moments I lost momentum got stuck in too high a gear and fell into a bush! a prickerly one at that.
Im getting a lot more fluid now where as before I was just dropping off things slowly now Im not slowing down as much and just jumping.
Im getting to grips with bunny hops too managed a few small logs today.
